Our supervisors are required to have achieved their 2 day supervisors qualification as a minimum requirement.
Every member of staff is supplied with all the required PPE equipment.
Our company health and safety manual is reviewed and updated if required every six months.
It is our policy to ensure that all members of staff have full access to our company health & safety manuals at all times, they can always produce this on request.
Prior to every project we carry out detailed risk assessments of all works we shall incur on each project, as a result detailed method statements are completed to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Every member of staff is supplied with full copies of all risk and method statements prior to attending each project, further to this we carry out weekly tool box checks for all staff which incorporates all risk assessments and method statements.
